East Coast Smokehouse, BBQ, Deli & Catering Co. – Exceptional Barbecue and Comfort Food

OMG! I was looking for a place for my family and I to have supper that was on the Dine Around list of restaurants and was “en route” to the airport. We decided on this place and I’m so glad we did. I had the smoked meat sandwich and fries. The smoked meat was tender and perfectly moist and the fries were amazing. My daughter had the Dirty Mac and Cheese and it was perfection. Smokey, gooey and delicious. Hubby had the Dirty Poutine and it too was fantastic. The Dine Around prices are good, but even the regular prices are very reasonable for the quality and quantity of food. The place was clean and very accessible and the service was friendly and fast. We will definitely be back!

I ordered their smoked meat, poutine with pork, some cookies, muffins, and hotdog for the kids. The barbeque sauce on the poutine was phenomenal. It’s probably the best barbeque sauce I ever had. It had a rich smoky flavor. Montreal smoked meat, was one of a kind, it had a rich taste and great smoky flavour. Fast service and great attitudes from the staff.

What a gem!! We had heard about this place from various people so wanted to make a point of checking it out. And we are so glad we did! The owner made us feel like we were long lost friends from the moment we walked in. She was so happy to tell us all that she offered and gave us each a free cookie as well. We ordered the pulled pork sliders, baked beans and smoked potato salad. The pork was soooo good but could have used a little extra sauce on the side (in my opinion only). The beans were rich and delicious and the potato salad was the perfect side. We will most definitely go again! And be sure to follow her food truck as well!

Wow! The pulled pork poutine here is out of this world. Paula really gets a poutine and making balanced flavours. 12/10 - we’ll definitely be back.

Had Down and Dirty Poutine. Wow... Delicious! Portion was huge and the BBQ sauce wasn't overwhelming , was just right! A bit of an out of the way gem! Only a few tables, menu isnt huge, but they do take out as well. Highly recommend. Also great for folks who are GF.

After driving by this place for the last few months I finally stopped in to try the food. I had the 3 Applewood Smoke Pulled Pork Tacos. They were delicious to say the least! My wife had the smoke meat sandwich as a Rueben with cheese and kraut. Half of this sandwich filled her up which left the other half for me. It was amazing !! We really enjoyed our experience, we highly recommend East coast Smokehouse and we will be back with friends and family to try more on the menu. Sorry there's no photos because we ate the food too fast!

I visit once a week at this point; the food here is the absolute perfect combination of delicious, inexpensive, and handmade. The owners are lovely and generous people. EVERYTHING can be made gluten-free aside from the occasional weekly special (but it's rare, their specials tend to have the option too) and they do have a gluten-free fryer! Their gluten-free bread, pasta, buns have always been high-quality as well. Aside from ordering takeout, I also got them to do the catering for my wedding a while back - the food got nothing but praise from my family and friends. They went out of their way to make gluten-free croutons for the salad, and that extra effort makes a world of difference to someone like me. Love y'all

Wanted to catch the end of Dine Around while also trying a new-to-us place, and we hit a home run! East Coast Smokehouse & BBQ staff were very friendly and the food was the very best. Everything was made in-house and delicious! Best smoked meat sandwich I've ever had - the meat was tender and moist (and lots of it), with a very tasty smokiness that you don't always get with a smoked meat sandwich from other restaurants. Love it! The marble rye bread was very good and nicely complimented the flavour of the meat. Even the side dill pickle was amazing. The sides were fantastic as well, Really cheesy mac&cheese - a lovely compliment to the meal. My wife's smoked baked beans were the best she's had in a long time - I tried them and they were packed with flavour. Just a great experience all in all. Will definitely be back to try some of the other menu items with a confidence that we will enjoy them all! Thanks very much for the great experience!
